The Process

Design - We'll work with you to develop your ideas and needs into a floor plan that fits perfectly with the family's lifestyle. To make certain you're pleased with your new home, they'll arrange a series of meetings with you along the way. Before groundbreaking even begins, they will consider every detail and question you may have regarding your home.

Lot Selection - Whether you have a lot already picked out or need to find the perfect location, we'll work with you to select the right location for your home and family. Often, we have an inventory of lots ready to build on throughout Victoria and the surrounding areas.

Construction - Once construction begins, they’ll invite you to inspect the project at key points during the building phase.
